Who the Hell are we anymore: Why we can’t get out of the pandemic.

It’s funny how much time and energy we put out in trying to show other people how little we think of them as of late. It’s almost like all of our extra energy we are are putting into showing other people what we think of them by slighting them every chance we can. For the vaccinated, it’s about almost snickering behind their backs, knowing what likely end has befallen the people who haven’t been vaccinated-I mean, yes, we know what is likely to hit at least a few of them in the coming years who even suffer easy cold-like infections, what with the disease being one beyond just the lungs but the endothelium. But every death of every American affects someone you know or respect-no matter if you agree with what people believe or not, we are all connected, and even the most left of left people you know has someone close to them you think has absolutely deplorable beliefs. And yes, the same goes for those on the right–every uber-righty has a lefty in their family or circle they would probably lay down their life for. And if you like thinking the adults who got sick and died somehow deserved the death they had coming, understand there are a few hundred thousand children now who have lost parents during this. There is no time we should be reveling in anyone else’s suffering, though they will clearly hold some responsibility for their own outcome a lot of the time. These deaths are people’s daughters, sons, sisters, brothers, good friends & colleagues, this wasn’t some kind of false flag anything, these people are all very very real.

Clearly many of those COVID orphans will have learned a different kind of lesson, and maybe rediscover cooperation for the common good. It’s not untrue the future holds some real potential for actual sacrifice and it would be better if we could show we were big enough to handle the easy stuff, the masks and vaccines. At some point true sacrifice will be coming to us all, like water sharing and wars at some point. Simple masking and vaccination efforts would have diminished the suffering of those who have died in the US in greater numbers and some business experts would have not been happy to see that. At this point, these efforts are pointed, and trust me when I tell you there have been gleeful meetings with lobbyists and our political parties who will be making a lot of money off future therapies, treatments and business because of COVID–by the end of the decade I suspect MOST of our health and wellness industries will be skipping a lot of cancer research to focus on what the virus has done to people’s bodies. People who had never seen the value of their own good health before will be desperate tor recapture respite from it–we will see there will be wellness industries which will try and offer people breaks from their fatigue, pain and lack of ambition. I think this malfeasance eventually resulted in what was a direct collaboration between business and pharmaceutical lobbyists and republicans largely-certainly a $30 shot is less of a possible profit center than making each citizen into one you can milk thousands upon thousands of dollars treating. Over a lifetime it certainly could result in more than that. It’s a capitalist’s wet dream–take the disaster presented and figure out the best way to make the most money out of the situation. Having your team encourage prevention would have thwarted the loads of possible profits from less of a population pool than if you let everyone get infected. Every person with COVID was shown to have infected 3 people but at this rate and with OMICRON largely running things, you wonder how quickly it is spreading now. There’s certainly the possibility the number have been largely under-reported.

For the unvaccinated, it’s sometimes a proud stance for their liberty and individualism, but plenty of those people have not always been people who would gleefully spread illness. There was a time you could count on having someone of ANY political side be asked to wear a mask to protect a vulnerable child or adult while visiting them in the hospital with no pushback. I mean what kind of person would want to willingly possibly murder someone less healthy than them when there was a way to prevent that? We all remember that time, because most of us walking around today were alive during that time. But once it became everyone was possibly that was that sick child or adult out in the world, unprotected from everyone but US, many took that liberty on themselves to willingly do that, a kind of social Russian roulette. Suddenly everyone wasn’t worth saving or worth any extra effort or sacrifice and we weren’t sad to show that. You just don’t know everyone you kill, and some people are absolutely getting off on that. Understand that there are those people in the population, and they are being well-hidden among the it’s our freedom to not protect the public, you can’t make me wear a mask MaskDebaters we all know and love. There are probably those that want to literally live and die on that hill, as clearly evidenced by the people who have spread some dangerous information on social media who have died already. Then there’s the FACES OF COVID twitter feed which is something worth looking at.

At this point the kind of United in cause behavior we would need to get out of this has largely escaped our grasp. We are so far from who I saw we could be after 9/11-it’s like we’ve all been poisoned against each other and forgot what makes us the same is worth fighting for-to have enough to support ourselves and our families, to be protected. We would all have to get sick and be united in that to get to a point where we would be able to point fingers at the people who created our circumstance, if you know what I am saying. But ultimately we will need to wake up and realize that both sides have suffered casualties, and both sides will be hurting. And both sides will need a solution and a gimmicky car salesman of a human being like the Former guy will just sell you cheap supplements made of ivermectin and bleach -we will need to find the community and cooperation inside ourselves to at least get together to demand healthcare for all. That is the only payment worthy of their malfeasance, trust me-these people have sold us ALL down the river. Clearly we see there are people who are willing to die and have said so before get any kind of vaccination or help try to spread a message to encourage prevention over infection–I think some of those people truly believe they are genetically superior and won’t suffer, and maybe the power of positive thinking can help them, too. I’ve said and I’ll say again, there is going to be a population of people who will regret their own survival once it’s clear the price they paid for their good health will exceed even the increasing likelihood of medical bankruptcy now or in the future. The loss of good health is not an easy one to pay–and in this instance, at least, it appears might very well follow people into the future.
